5 x + ( 6 + 15 x - 4 x - 10 x²)+4
= 5 x + 6 + 11 x - 10 x² + 4
= -10 x² +16 x +10 -

= 5x + 6 + 15x - 4x - 10x² + 4
= - 10x² + 16x + 10
