I prefer the woman's style on the left. 
Her look is more casual but  smart as well.
The woman on the right side is looking more like a working woman. Her clothes are like a uniform without a real own style.
The  long sleeves stripped top looks more sporty and classy on the same time because of the large round neck.
The left woman is more shown to her advantage than the woman on the right side
She seems to be more comfortable in her clothes than the other one and it reveals as well more her personality
