G = 4 x² - 4 x + 1 + 6 x² + 10 x - 3 x - 5
G = 10 x² - 4

g = ( 2 x - 1) ( 2 x - 1 + 3 x + 5)
G = ( 2 x - 1) ( 5 x + 4)

G = 0
soit  2 x - 1 = 0 donc 2 x = 1 et x  =1/2
soit  5 x + 4 = 0 donc 5 x = - 4 et x = - 4/5

Exercice 49 :

a) G = (2x - 1)² + (2x - 1) (3x + 5)
G = (2x)² - 2 * 2x * 1 + 1² + 2x * 3x + 2x * 5 - 1 * 3x - 1 * 5
G = 4x² - 4x + 1 + 6x² + 10x - 3x - 5
G = 10x² + 3x - 4

b) G = (2x - 1)² + (2x - 1) (3x + 5)
G = (2x - 1) [(2x - 1) + (3x + 5)]
G = (2x - 1) (2x - 1 + 3x + 5)
G = (2x - 1) (5x + 4)

c) (2x - 1) (5x + 4) = 0
D'après la règle du produit nul : 
2x - 1 = 0      ou      5x + 4 = 0
2x = 1                      5x = - 4
x = 1/2                     x = - 4/5
x = 0,5                     x = - 0,8

L'équation a donc deux solutions : S = {0,5 ; - 0,8}.
