= [ (3t - 7 ) + 1 ] [ (3t - 7 ) - 1 ]
= [ 3t - 7 + 1 ] [ 3t - 7 - 1 ]
= (3t - 6 ) (3t - 8 )
= 3(t - 2)(3t - 8)
