I've chosen to talk about Coluche and the "restos du cœur" because if they didn't exist, lots of people wouldn't have any help.
Coluche was not only a comic anda great actor , but also a generous , big-hearted man . He created this association , hoping it wouldn't last too long.
This association allows  to supply food, clothes but it has been developped in many other ways. They help people to find jobs, or for rehabilitation, they create  collective gardens to grow vegetables , they help with emergency housing, they provide help for school for children and organize holidays for them as well, they help teaching french to foreigners, they help people with administrative papers .....they have a health department as well
It began in 1985 and there are now about 67 000 volunteers giving free time.
It's a huge family. They're raising funds thank's to donors but as well with their annual show and the sale of their songs. Many artists are concerned about it and get involved in this long story created by a man no one will never forget.
Voila. 
Je ne sais pas si  c'est assez long mais tu peux facilement le faire plus long.
