1) I'm used to eat many vegetables/few fruits/ too much fries/fish/fizzy drink...
I'm used to go to a sport club/ to take a walk/ to go for a bike ride
I'm used to sleep at 08.00pm/ I'm used to spend 2 hours on the web.

2) I should change my habits, it's unhealthy...

3) a) Do you spend a lot of time on the web ? Do you get sleep enough? etc
b) How often do you eat vegetables?
